FAQ

  • Cremorne Point Manor is located at 6 Cremorne Road Cremorne Point 2090. We are approximately 10 minutes from Sydney CBD. Take the Mosman ferry from Circular Quay and disembark on the 1st stop Cremorne Point.

  • Our reception business hours are Monday to Sunday 9am-6pm and check in is available from 2pm. If you require an early check in, please contact our reception team by calling 02 8969 4555 on your arrival date to check the status of your room. Please note that early check in cannot be guaranteed. Also if you are checking in after 6PM please notify reception so we can make arrangements for you to check in after our business hours

  • After hours check in is available for pre-paid bookings only. Please advise us if you will be checking in afterhours, so we can arrange your key collection. If you have not received a text or email regarding your room key collection, please contact 02 8969 4555.

  • If your booking has not already been pre-paid, we will require payment at check in. NO CASH PAYMENTS ACCEPTED.

  • The hotel consists of three levels with stair and lift access to our 1st and 2nd floor, please advise our reception team, if you require any special assistance in accessing your room.

  • Each room is provided with air conditioning, flat screen TV, bar fridge, kettle, tea & coffee plus free toiletries and complimentary WIFI for your stay. Each room consists of a range of bedding configurations including, single, queen, king and family rooms. With lovely views of Sydney Harbor which is only a 10 min walk down to the foreshore. Please check with reception for your room configuration needs.

  • One Parking is available onsite and it is subject to availability, and needs to be booked direct with hotel reception. Please note that parking may not always be available during busy periods.

  • If you require after hours assistance during your stay, feel free to contact us on number allocated on Reception door. For medical, fire or police emergencies please contact 000.

  • Check out time is 10am. Please advise reception if you require a later check out. Please note that late checkout cannot be guaranteed and may incur an additional charge.
