TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BOOKING:

- Any bookings that have been made and have not checked in during reception hours or have not arranged after-hours collection will be charged to your allocated credit card. Reception will make every effort to contact you to arrange after-hours key collection. If contact cannot be made the booking will be deemed as absent and the full booking amount will be charged to your nominated credit card. Any absent bookings will be charged the full booking amount. This is a non-refundable payment.

- Should you need to cancel your reservation with us, the 72 hour cancellation period applies.(2pm the day before check-in deadline) please be informed NON REFUNDABLE bookings cannot be issued a refund or moved to alternative days.

 - Cremorne Point Manor reserves the right to claim payment for any damage or theft on any areas of our property which has been caused by our guests. This also may result in legal action being taken against you.

 - Our hotel is a smoke-free premises and smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms and common areas. A designated smoking area is located at the front of the property.

 - Cremorne Point Manor reserves the right to cancel any booking or to remove any guest that is displaying disrespectful and violent behaviour towards staff and other guests. Participation in any illegal activity is strictly prohibited. This may also result in laying charges against you for unlawful behaviour.

 - Cremorne Point Manor takes every precaution for the safety of our guests. We have 24-hour onsite Security and CCTV Cameras monitoring the premises at all times and we encourage our guests to safely secure their own valuables. Cremorne Point Manor will not be held liable for any theft or damage to guests’ personal belongings.
